Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a payment made to Livecade ("we", "us", or "our") is eligible for a refund, and when it is not. It applies to all subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the Livecade platform. By purchasing a plan or making a one-time purchase, you agree to this policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital service, delivered instantly

Livecade is a digital service that is made available to you immediately after payment. Because access is granted right away and the value of the service is realised as soon as you use it, our refund window is limited and subject to the conditions below. Please read them before you subscribe.

2. When you are eligible for a refund

You may request a full refund of a subscription payment if all of the following are true:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the payment.
  • You have not started a live session or otherwise used the paid features during that period.
  • You have not spent, redeemed, or consumed any credits, coins, or one-time items included with or purchased alongside the plan.

A live session means Livecade connected to a live TikTok broadcast while your account is on a paid plan. Opening games in the dashboard, previews, the simulator, and connection attempts that never reached a live broadcast do not count.

These conditions also cover a plan or billing period chosen by mistake. The checkout shows the billing period and the total before you pay, so if you picked the wrong one, contact us before you go live. Once you have gone live, a plan is not converted to a different billing period or partly refunded.

If you meet these conditions, contact us at contact@livecade.io and we will process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Payments made in cryptocurrency are refunded in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, for the amount we received less network fees. When a payment is refunded, the paid access it bought ends at that time.

3. When a refund will not be granted

To keep the service affordable and prevent abuse, refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • You have gone live. Once you start a live session using a paid plan, you have received the core value of the service and waived your right to withdraw. Payments are non-refundable from that point. At checkout you expressly request immediate access to your plan and confirm that you understand your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start a live session on it.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the payment, regardless of usage.
  • Renewal charges. Automatic renewal payments are non-refundable. Your plan renews at the start of each billing period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date (see section 5).
  • One-time purchases. Credits, coins, add-ons, and other one-time items are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once purchased, including any unused balance.
  • Partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period.
  • TikTok restrictions. Restrictions, bans, suspended gifting, or any other moderation that TikTok applies to your account or LIVE come from TikTok, not from Livecade, and are not grounds for a refund. Our guide to what triggers them and what reduces the risk is at TikTok Live Restrictions.
  • Deleting your account. Deleting your account does not make a payment refundable.
  • Change of mind after use, account suspension or termination for a breach of our Terms of Service, or dissatisfaction with results that depend on factors outside our control (for example, your audience size, TikTok's availability, or your stream setup).

Currency. Prices are charged in US dollars. Your bank may show a different amount after its own currency conversion and fees, which Livecade does not set or refund.

4. Exceptions we honour

The conditions above do not override your rights where the law says otherwise. We will always consider a refund, in good faith, where:

  • You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a cancellation that was confirmed by us.
  • A sustained technical fault on our side prevented you from using the paid features and we were unable to resolve it in a reasonable time.
  • A mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a right we are required to honour.

In these cases, contact us with the details and we will make it right.

5. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@livecade.io. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund, and does not by itself refund the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription with the payment provider, so cancel it before you delete your account.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first. We aim to resolve every request quickly and fairly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

7. How to request a refund

Email contact@livecade.io from the address on your account with the date of the payment and the reason for your request. We will review it against this policy and respond within 3 business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as the platform evolves. The version in effect at the time of your payment is the one that applies to that payment. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email.
